how to get a countdown calendar

I admit I am not computer literate, I like Science but I am stumped as to how to get the cute little countdown calendar people have at the bottom of their posts. I hope this is a question new people have and sorry to post here........can't find where else it would go????? And it is "trip related" l. I will try to be good after this. Please PM me or post here if allowed.

hucifer, I thought I was going to have fun showing off the World to a relative newbie...but you are going to have even more fun with a *true* newbie! Is your hubby excited???

My DBF can't understand why I am on the DIS all the time and didn't understand why I got all excited every time I talk to someone about the trip...but last night guess who started packing first? Him!

I remember when my countdown clock was in the 100's...boy was I happy to finally get it down to the double digits, then single digits! Just hang in there, it'll happen!

I realize we're meandering off the thread subject a bit, but....

DH isn't excited...he's skeptical. "What are we going to do for 10 days?" He has no idea. He thinks he'll be bored. I am telling him NOTHING, he's asking me nothing...he's leaving the entire planning to me. I look forward to this as if I'm taking a child...I can't WAIT to see his face when we get there! I'm thinking of Chef Mickey, Ice Cream Social (with the rehitching ceremony I've heard about), Crystal Palace, Donald's Brekfastsaurus, and maybe Hoop-Dee-Doo. I think he'll dig the water parks...the only water park I've been to was River Country, so I'm looking foward to TL and BB!

Okay...that bit about DBF packing early? Lol!!! DH thinks I'm completely nuts too...I always have my nose in the PassPorter, Unofficial Guide, and of course, the DisBoard!

LOL I know what you mean about the skepticism. We watched the planning dvd a few months back and the only thing he said was "It doesn't look like we need 9 days to do all that stuff."

So I too am doing all the planning. I've tried telling him some of the plans I've made such as Cindy's breakfast this Saturday, fireworks, and E-night. All I get is a blank stare. But what can you do, they have to see it for themselves! Anyway, I think I have enough excitement for the both of us.

I've only been to BB and I loved it! My favorite was the ski lift actually...look directly down and you can see a hidden Mickey!

Go to the DISBOARD home page to view all message boards. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see the section of boards called "Private forums/Tech support." Click on the board called "Technical Support."

You should see messages for the countdown clock. Click on one for instructions, which will take you to another page.
