How to get 5 people, 4 suitcases, 1 stroller from Disney to Universal (one way only)

We need to get 5 people (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler) from Caribbean Beach Resort to Hard Rock Hotel. We will have suitcases, a stroller and a car seat... What do you recommend?

It looks like a Mears van is $60. Does that sound about right?

I have a minivan reserved for the day we check out of the Hard Rock Hotel for about $33/night. I guess I should just start the rental 2 days early to cover our Universal stay. It just seems like a such a shame to have rental sitting in the parking lot for 2 days since we don't plan on leaving Universal
