How To Find Out If I'm A Restricted Rehire?

Hello!

I am interested in applying for the College Program after I graduate college next spring in the hopes of getting my foot in the door for a paralegal position within the parks/resorts. However, I worked for the Disney Store when I was in high school, and while I remember being a seasonal hire, and being let go, I cannot for the life of me remember if I was let go due to my seasonal status or for another reason. Does anyone know how long Disney keeps its employment records, or who I can call to verify if I'm even eligible for rehire? I worked for TDS about 20 years ago...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance!!!

You can contact the store and they can tell you what type of separation paperwork was filled out. When I left, I signed paperwork which indicated "eligible for rehire". They should have those records. If they no longer have that record because you were seasonal and only in high school, then you probably don't have to worry too much about applying for the CP program.
