How to find out AP discounts without having an AP right now?

My AP's are now expired and we won't be renewing them until December....possibly March.

We're looking at taking a trip Dec.18-23 or Dec. 19-26. Value or Moderate.
Is anyone willing to look at the rates for these dates....or is there a number I can call to find out that info?

we are in same boat as cannot get into AP without actual AP but seems to me the packages they running are better value am I missing something? or figuring it wrong?

Along these same lines ... Can you book an AP rate with having an AP yet? We're looking to upgrade our package tickets to an AP in December and want to book a follow-up Feb. trip. I'd like to book the trip now, to guarantee availability and would love to get an AP rate but don't yet have the AP.

Here is skinny on the AP rates:
You can call and book the rates without having the AP/PAP in hand. However, if you want to use Disney's Passholder web site to book at the AP rate online, you will need either an active AP or a voucher to do it. The policy about having it at the time of resort check in is clear as mud. Some people have been allowed to obtain the rate at check in with only their AP/PAP voucher. Others have been told to return to the resort front desk to show the desk CM after activating the pass. Still others have not been asked for any AP/PAP at all. The official Disney policy states an activated adult AP/PAP pass is needed at check in.You may want to avoid any potential embarrassment at check in by having an activated pass at that time.

The package deals that are out now all require the purchase of at least a 2 day park ticket. That adds $160 or so to the package for tickets than an AP holder doesn't need. (And of course, that assumes that you want a package.)

You can book an AP rate without the AP yet, but you cannot get an AP rate for February 2011. Those rates have not yet been released. Nothing past December 2010.

Is there a place where people can get these figures without just having to ask someone who has a pass? I hate to do it....but here are the dates I'm trying to get prices for, we will buy our passes when we get there.
