How to find guide contact info..

I tried to search.. didn't find what I was looking for.

I'm looking at doing a small addon (Ahhh.. never thought I would say that!) through Disney. How do I contact my guide/find out who they are? Is it just done by calling member services?

Call 800-500-3990, that is the general sales number. They can give you your guide's contact info.

That is assuming you are in a part of Canada that DVC can sell to directly. You may not be able to by direct, except in person. There are parts of the US that way, also.

When we initally purchased our guide (who I think got shuffled around..) mentioned because we are already members and in the system adding on wouldn't be an issue.
..now we'll see if he knew what we was talking about.

You were right. I can't purchase an addon unless I'm there in person. Oh well I guess I just saved my savings account a few thousand dollars!
