How to find Castaway Club # from cruises taken as a child?

As stated in the title, I went on two cruises on DCL as a child about 15/20 years ago. From what I've seen from researching my castaway club number should still be valid with those two cruises on the tally. Obviously since I was pretty young back then I don't have any of the documentation my parents got that would have all of our #'s on there. Is there any way to search for my number and link it to my account so I'll already have those cruises accumulated and not have to start again at 0?

my Mrs just left on WISH inag' run .... sailing with our son.

She had no idea what her CC number was but had done a half dozen DCL last probably 20 years ago. Called DCL and they needed just her name and found her record and she got her 'credit' ... her name IS a bit unusual but point is: not difficult, they'll help you.

<son is Plat' and is how they got on ... he could get one cabin and offered to share 3 ways but I said 'take mom'>

I emailed DCL and they got me the information in just a few days. I got married since I was on a Disney cruise so I just gave them my married name and maiden name and got it all sorted out. I think my last cruise was at least 15 years ago and they still found all the info for me.

I just gave them the lead name from the reservation, I think I used the chat option. They were able to find me using that.

I tried emailing to get our Castaway Club IDs and it's been a slow back and forth. It took 8 days for them to respond to the initial request. They just sent a generic list of Castaway Club benefits.

I replied, again stating that I needed to know how to get my ID. By this point, I had already booked, so I also asked them to add our IDs to the new booking. It took another 4 days before they responded asking for info (names, birthdays, new cruise confirmation number).

It's been 10 days since I sent that over and I haven't heard back. Good thing we aren't in a hurry ;)

You'll have to call in. They may be able to find it with your full name, address at the time, DOB. They had to do that for a friend of mine last year.
I’m that friend. Our TA had called in on the dvc/abd early booking day for the initial release for the Wish and because I had cruised DCL as a kid they needed my castaway number which I didn’t have. What helped was knowing when I cruised, the name it was booked under and they needed to verify my address at that time.
