Does anyone know who (in sprint) I can send an email or a letter to about sprint and their crappy service?

Here's the deal:

I had a palm pre for a year and it started malfunctioning. I have insurance, so I was ordered a replacement refurbished phone. I had it for a week. It stopped working. I went back in to the sprint store and they couldn't fix it, so they ordered me another one. I got that one after 4 days, it wouldn't even load the phone. So they needed to order me yet another phone. this time the guy ordered me an htc hero.

Now, a month later, this phone has a memory leak and the speaker is blown.

I've called sprint customer service and have been on the phone for HOURS asking that this be fixed, and why am I having so many troubles, and talking to the complaint department (retention?) We've been sprint customers for 8 years now. Every time I would call, the rep would only tell me to BUY a new phone ($300) which would, in turn, extend my contract for two years. We aren't eligible for phone upgrades yet.

This is getting ridiculous. I just got off the phone with another rep and she basically told me to go to the store, that should couldn't help me. I want to file a complaint about this crappy service, but I can't seem to find the info on where to send it.

Anyone else had crappy service like this with them?

It sounds to me like the problem is not with Sprint, but with the manufacturer of your phone.

My suggestion is print your post on this board, hire a Medium, have a seance, burn the printout and hope for the best.

When that is over, cancel your contract and find a new provider.

I hate Sprint. I really want to change to another provider when our current contract expires.

Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. It feels like they go out of their way to NOT be a good cell phone service provider.

Maybe you could contact the FCC and make your complaint(s) to them. You're probably wasting your time trying to get any satisfaction directly with Sprint.

I sent a complaint letter to Sprint over a year ago. I documented in the letter every person, time of day, date, everyone I spoke with, what was said etc...I spent the better part of a day forming the letter about a subject I don't even care to go into at this point.
I never even received back a confirmation that they got the letter, to this day I have never heard back from them. Needless to say when the time came I canceled the phones and just moved on, it still burns me up to this day. :headache:

DH had this problem with a T-mobile Blackberry.... had so many refurbished ones sent /then break/ then replaced with another refurbish....

a pain in the you know what... funny thing is we just switched to sprint... because of that :rotfl2:

my problem is that customer service wouldn't help me. It is aggrivating. We are going to switch to a different carrier when our contract is up. We've had them for 8 years now. They went to pot after nextel combined with sprint.

I like your idea. :)

I'm thinking iphone.

Best to send a short email listing the number (but not details) of replacement phones and repair attempts, and ask for a new phone or a refund. If they say no, file a complaint with the FCC. It's reasonably easy to do and I guarantee it gets their attention. If you have paid for insurance, they owe you a working phone.
