How to enter Passholder rate codes on disney website

btw, the disney website is the most convuluted website I've seen. It times out, has lost links, etc.

Anyways, wanted to check on some passholder resort rates, but don't see where to enter the three digit code. Please let me know where on this disney website to do this. Thanks

You have to sign in to the Passholder section (right-hand side, beside "Florida Residents") on the site.
then it will welcome you and give you different options. Click on "Special offers" and go from there. You don't actually have to enter the code...

I have found that sometimes there isn't a passholder rate available at the moment for a particular hotel and the rack rate will appear. I'd make sure to know what the rack rate is just incase that happens to you. (not that you can't change the rate by calling CRO anyway!)

What is screwy is the Disney site shows the up to August 5± resort discount rate offerings, but not EMZ which is to late August and the one I'm interested in. I also recall a year or so ago being able to type in the three digit code but don't see that option anymore.

I think they want you to put in your passholder ID. Three digit codes could be posted anywhere. That site is only for passholders.

I did login with my passholder, but it still doesn't indicate any offer past early August when in fact mousesavers.com and this forum indicates an offer to late August. I did call Disney and used this offer, but I wanted the freedom of checking discounted rates of other resorts.

Strange, I am a seasonal passholder, but that shouldn't make a difference as I used it to get the better rate via a disney rep on phone. The only resorts with a discount showing for after August 5th are Value Resorts.

I just checked and I think I know your problem. Go to the value resort offers and put in your dates and number of people. They will give you a list of resorts to choose from from value to deluxe. Not all are available and I notice that earlier in August is cheaper then late. (free dining) Good luck!
PS I am paying rack rate in late August to get the free dining. Make sure you check which is a better savings!
