OK, so please forgive if this sounds stupid...but I just returned and we had Memory Maker (attached to my AP). So, I'm home, but how do I download? I mean, I started downloading the photos, but it seems as though I'll have to open up each one individually to file/save it to my computer? There has to be an easier way, but I haven't figured that out yet. Help!!!!!:crazy2::crazy2:

Log on to MyDisneyPhotoPass.com. Beneath 'All Photos (##)' there will be a button labeled 'Download Photos'. Click that and a information window will popup. Once you click the 'Download' button on that pop-up window, one or more zip files will be created.

I'll admit, they don't make it easy!

In the upper right, underneath "All Photos" there's a button labeled "Download Photos." If you click it, you can download all the photos that are in your account at that time. It may take a while (I currently have 220 photos and am being warned that downloading all of them may take up to 2 hours), and they'll probably download in more than one zip file, but that's one way to get them. I've never done that, so I can't say whether it really would take 2 hours or would go much more quickly than that.

I usually work on one park at a time, to limit the number of photos, and mark each one for download individually as you've been doing. But I don't click My Downloads and actually download the files until I've finished that one park. That way I can compare the files that downloaded to the photos in my PhotoPass account, to make sure I didn't miss any that I want.

Hi Michael....well, I've done that, but that but then it breaks it out into multiple files by date, part 1, Part C1, Part C2, etc., and then each one of those has a download button. When I hit that button, it opens up into "x" amount of photos. OMG, there are actually "videos" in there too. So, will I have to open "each download". That's going to take forever.....

Yeah, its a pain. The design and
functionality (or lack of, really) seem stuck ten years in the past. I called to have some photos restored and asked if there was an easier way to download photos. She suggested saving photos to favorites, which helps but is still time consuming. I hate how it spits out multiple folders, and it always spits out the same old bonus photos I already have.

Apparently they have a list going of passholders asking for a way to easily download each days photos, and she added me to it. Maybe if enough of us politely ask for a simple, fast way to download specific groups of photos they will update the site.
