How to display ribbons and pins

Hi

My son is on a swim team and over the past year he has won about1 medal, 20 ribbons and 10 best time pins ( about 1 inch in diameter). Any idea on how to display them creatively?

I would like to be able to add to this in the following years. Also the ribbons range from 1st to 16th place.

I am fairly drafty, but I can't come up with anything that will work and is somewhat easy to add to.
