After many years of trips and pin collecting, my sons now only take one lanyard combined, with a collection of pins which they hope to trade for interesting pins that they find on the trip. They each have jam packed lanyards which hang above their desks in their rooms. I would like to find some kind of interesting way to display all of these pins in either a desk top display box, or some sort of frame. We have many pins which were only issued for that year or special holidays which we were visiting during. I have found some really ugly display frames from some craft shops but would appreciate if anyone else out there has any good ideas or ways that they display theirs. Thanks in advance!

Here is how we display. I used foam core insulation as the main board with a top coat of cork board glued on top. It sit inside a picture frame I made out of 1x1 wood and used prefinished moulding around the sides

I love the do it yourself projects, but if you're not a do-it-yourself kind of person, just get a bulletin board and use that!

I currently use a display cork board I picked up for like $10-$15 at the craft store. It does the trick. However, I will be looking into making smaller framed displays for certain PIN sets that I complete.

My first set is the Disney Star Wars Muppets, I have recently completed the set and will be looking for a nicer way to display them together as a set.

I display my DCL collection on banners that we made :3dglasses

I just have corkboards with pins pushed into them. :)
