How to contact Yachy club's manager?

We recently returned from our 5th trip to Disney but our first stay at the Yacht club concierge. I wanted to contact the manager and let them know what an outstanding staff they have espically Amy Jacobson the planner. I can not say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff. I thought I would drop a note to the manager by e-mail. If anyone has the address I would appreciate it.Thank you

I agree, Amy is wonderful! She is so professional and kind, a true "Disney" employee. We stayed at YC in October and now it is one of our favorites.

If you'd like to write a letter in about concierge, your best bet is to write to WDW Guest Communications. This goes to the executive offices of Walt Disney, and gets distributed to the correct hotel/park/restaurant based upon what is said in the email. It's the preferred way of corresponding with the company and any specific entities therein. Just address the letter to Yacht Club Manager and you should be all set!

Ask Amy. When I was planning our last trip at Poly, I was so impressed with tbe planner--whose name escapes me at the moment I wanted her supervisor to know how pleased I was with her. I asked her how to contact her supervisors and she gave me their e-mail addresses.

She made us feel special months before our visit. She is a role model CM. Disney is privileged to have her!

Another vote for Amy Jacobson as outstanding Disney employee of the year!! She is just wonderful and really takes care of her clients. We will definetly stay concierge again and again because of her. In fact, I'll only stay concierge at the Epcot resorts where Amy is based.
