We dined at 1900 Park Fare last week and I would like to contact the restaurant with a concern. Does anyone have an email address please?
The issue is that we were there for over an hour and not one single character came to our table or to the section of the dining room we were in. We felt this was very poor as guests are always told to wait at their tables and the characters will come to them but they didn't - not once. They came from the back of the dining room, down the wall furthest from the buffet, visited all the bottom section of the restaurant and then disappeared into the kitchens via a little door just before the buffet area instead of visiting the area adjacent to the buffet. There are about 8 - 10 tables next to the buffet which were completely ignored by all the characters and I feel this should be brought to the attention of whoever is in charge of this restaurant. We are two adults so it didn't matter desperately to us but as a matter of principle and for families with children it was extremely disappointing. The parents had to go to get help so their children could meet the characters and that should not be necessary.

There's no specific e-mail address for the restaurant itself that can be used by the public. Issues of this type are handled by Disney Guest Communications. Best thing to do in a case like this is to take it up with restaurant management while you are still in the restaurant, or with Guest Services before you leave the park.

I definitely second TDC Nala's comments. Don't be afraid to address your issues while you're there. It doesn't do you much good once you're home. You paid a premium for character dining, and they should have made an effort to make things right by you and the other tables.

Yes, we should have said something at the time, I know. If we had had children with us we would definitely have done so.

I tried that link wdw.guest.communications@disney.com but the message bounced back. Is there another one I could try please?
