How to Contact Hard Rock Management

Does anyone know how to contact the management at the Hard Rock to give kudos to a couple of employees that went way above and beyond what they needed to?

If you stayed recintly, they will send you an email survey about your experience. It has a section that you can write comments in and specifically asks if anyone did an especially good job.

I did receive the survey and gave the kudos but wasn't sure if the manager would get it or not since it was from a marketing company.
