How to contact guide and add-on questions

We love love our DVC ownership and are talking about an add-on. We found a perfect one for us at the timeshare store, but it turns out we can't pay with a credit card and I am really not sure how we can go about making this happen if we can't. So, now I am considering calling our guide and seeing what he can do for us since I know we can pay them with a credit card.

First, any thoughts on this situation? I am sure I am not the only one in this boat.

Second, does anyone know to track down a way to call our guide? We haven't spoken to him (Tim Grabman) since we purchased a few years ago.

I am in the same boat as you I want to add on at OKW and the TTS has what I want but I want to use my Disney visa card also the contract is striped. I think I may go through Disney Because for almost the same price I will get all 08 points and no closing.
you can find your guide by calling 1800-800-9100 just give them his name and they will direct you to him.

I was wondering if anyone had an email address for their guide. Mine is Joan Lane and I wanted to try to reach her but my current work schedule is so crazy that phone is not an option right now.

Boy, I guess I really knw how to kill a thread. I guess no one knows how to contact their guide via email.
 

Haha! That is so funny! I actually called my guide the other day and completely forgot to ask him how to do it, though I would guess they do have a business email account. Hmmm...good question!
 
First: Tim Grabman is our guide, too, and he's fantastic--can't say enough good things about him

Second: There have been several threads on this board indicating that guides are not supposed to use email to conduct their business...as I communicate far more often by email than by phone, this had disturbed me...I'd been emailing Tim and he'd been responding and I surely didn't want to get him into trouble. So I asked him about it. He replied that he isn't supposed to conduct business by email, but if I wanted to use email to deliver a specific piece of information, or to ask him to call me, that would be perfectly fine...this was after I'd made my initial purchase and 3 add-on purchases, tho...so I hesitate to share his email address w/out his permission...

I do know the guides may not do any "selling" via email...so there are restrictions on the use of email as a communications mechanism. But Tim is flat-out wonderful and I'm sure he'll do anything and everything he can to make the process of communicating with him as easy as possible for you...Good luck, and tell Tim we said hi, ok?
