How to contact Disney

We are celebrating our 25th wedding Anniversary while we are there and my son will be celebrating his 21st Birthday, but how do I let Disney know? thanks x

If you are staying at a Disney resort you can call CRO (DRC) and have it added to your resort reservation. You can also call the dining reservations line and have it added to your dining ADRs. Be sure to get anniversary and birthday buttons when you arrive and wear them. You will get plenty of acknowledgements from castmembers. Remind them at the restaurants and you might get special recognition (e.g. celebratory cupcake or dessert, confetti, champagne, card). It will depend upon the server and restaurant so while you might get something special, there might be absolutely not recognition at all.

If you are not staying at a Disney resort you can get the buttons in the park at Guest Relations.

Most (reputable) websites don't post emails because there are so many robots that harvest the Internet for them to send SPAM emails. What you get instead are websites with forms to fill out and they will reply to the form message.

Disney has https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/help/email/ that you can use to send them an email/message. You will typically get an email reply to that and a way to reach out if you have more concerns. I would start with that.
