how to contact disney-OK I'm thick!

I am trying to email a question to Disney...Does anyone know how to put our phone numbers in the space required? This is what the instruction says..

For U.S. and Canadian phone numbers, enter 10-digits including area code. For all other numbers, omit the country code and any leading zeros

However when I try to put my area code and number (minus the 0) it won't accept it. Anyone know what format it wants? And please tell me I'm not being thick!

What are you emailing? Might be able to find a direct email address rather than the online form.

turns out it wanted 44 in front of the area code-ie the country code...Thanks anyway
