How to contact disney about a bottle of wine?

was reading some of the threads on the site and found this one. Thought i would join so that i could update anyone that is interested in this wine.

As many probably know the glass of Magicalle is about $14 and a bottle is around $45 but right now during the food and wine festival they are selling the bottle at a festival only offer. A bottle of magicalle for $20 and is sold at the festival market place. This wine sells fast and they cant seem to keep it on the shelves so if you don't see a bottle ask the castmembers.

its a nice wine and at a great price for those that are interested

If you do happen to see Magicale on sale during DCA's Food and Wine Festival and are considering buying a bottle or two, purchase it right away as it sells out quickly. My cousin and I saw bottles for sale at $20 and waited until after the Sweet Sunday (chocolate!) event and all the bottles were gone. We returned later that day to purchase a different bottle of wine and found more Magicale for sale. We did manage to purchase 2 bottles each. If any Magicale is available this weekend, I anticipate purchasing 2 more bottles.

Magicale was also available for sale at one of the Walt Disney World Resort hotel gift stores (Port Orleans French Quarter). The bottle there was selling for about $23. Magicale is probably available for sale at other Disney World Resort gift stores, too.

We had priced the wine last year at $14 a glass or about $45 a bottle. So the $20 price during the Food and Wine Festival is a great bargain.

I will take a look... thanks!

Hi! I have a bottle of Magical sitting in my kitchen waiting for my 1st Anniversary! :goodvibes The lable says imported by Casa Torelli...which I googled and found this:

The description matches what is written on the bottle of Magical, so I'd say it's a safe bet that it's the same wine, only with a different lable.

Good luck! This is my favorite wine. I may not be a wine snob, but I know what MY tastebuds like!

YOU ARE AMAZING! I just came back from Disney where I had Magicale and loved it. I specifically looked at the manufacturer's name on the back of the bottle & was remembering it as 'castorelli'. Thanks!

Greetings everyone,

I know this is my first post but I this is a topic that interested me. I know that this is an old thread but I figured maybe what I post here might help a little.
If anyone looking for Magicale is physically on the property you can get it at the Disneyland Hotel gift shop. I bought a few bottles there, one for my fiance and myself each to keep and one for our anniversary which we just used a couple of days ago =)

The wine maker sells a similar one that comes in the same bottle, just a different label. When I talked to the wine-tasting gal at California Adventure I told her that I had bought Magical elsewhere, she gave me the story about how I couldn't have bought it elsewhere. Apparently the Magical is slightly different and 'better', couldn't tell the difference with an eight month tasting difference.

We looked for a bottle of Magical while we were at WDW in Oct and were told it was no longer available :confused3. We are able to get Rosa Regale locally, but I'd love to do a "taste test" side by side to see if ther is any difference. I know it's by the same vineyard.

1) If you buy Rosa Ragali, you can have it shipped to most states.
2) When buying, specify vintages 2001 (the best), 2006 or 2008.
3) Other vintages are somewhat inferior to the above.
4) And, please stay away from 2010 vintage.

There serve it at the TOTWL at BLT, and I assume you could buy a bottle of it there (if you can get up there). I bought my bottle in the bar at Grand California. However, I didn't enjoy my TOTWL glass as much as I remembered from the glass 8 months earlier at DL, it seemed much sweeter (too sweet). Maybe due to the vintage changes mentioned??? The bottle of Magicale I still have doesn't have a vintage year on it to compare.

I wonder if they are phasing it out? I tried to get some at the Yachtsman in Oct (which is where we had our first glass last year). It was funny, because the Screendoor at The Boardwalk actually had bottles of Rosa Regale vs Magical for sell in their store. Or maybe they had Rosa Regale vs Magical, because they were selling Rosa Regale at the F & W, and that way people would recognize the name? If you go to the Rosa Regale website, they have a video clip about them being at the F & W Fest.!

Thanks for the tip TheRustyScrupper!

Hello! I realize this is an older thread, but I went through quite a lot to find this wine, and if I can be of any help to others I will!

I first tried Magicale at the Wine Country Tuttoria in DLC. Upon returning home, I looked up and down and all over the internet. I came across Vendome Wine and Spirits. They DO carry it, but were out of stock. Lucky for me, I have a diligent DH who didn't give up. They are now in stock again! I have 3 bottles!

WOW, I could have sworn that label was created specifically for Disney!! Thanks for the info!

Can any recent WDW visitors confirm whether or not it is still available on property?

They definitely still have it at Citricos and also at the Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian. I'm sure that most full service bars on property will carry it.

DH and I tried Magicale for the first time at Disneyland's F&W festival last year. The bottle noted Casa Torelli as the importer, so when we got home we checked out Casa Torelli's website. Here is the wine on their site - 21.98/bottle.

The first time we ordered it, we got the bottle pictured on the page - not the actual Magicale label, but it was the same wine (just lack of Disney labeling). The second time we ordered it, which was Feb. 2011, we ordered 3 bottles and I actually received the Magicale labeled wine.
