How to contact concierge prior to sailing?

We've booked a Cat. 3 room with concierge service, but never received a letter from the concierge that included a special phone number. I've read here on the boards that Cat. 1, 2 and 3 guests are allowed to make Palo reservations prior to sailing, and can even place special requests with the concierge ahead of time. When I asked someone at the general reservation number tonight, she said that concierge guests may NOT make Palo reservations before boarding the ship, and that there is NOT a way to contact the concierge prior to sailing.

Is that information correct?

My info may be outdated but I was able to pre-book Palo brunch and dinner reservations about 3 weeks before our cruise and request a dining rotation prior to our Halloween Cruise in 2001. Here is the Concierge number that I used 407-566-7411.

There was some discussion on the boards last summer if this # was for just CAT 1 and 2's but I didn't receive a letter either (we were in a CAT 2 for that cruise) but was lucky enough to get the info from this board.

If this still works, just remember when you board to attend the Concierge reception and double check all your ressies. Good luck and let us know how it goes
