How to contact BC Concierge

Our friends just booked BC concierge for the first two nights of their November stay (moving to BC villas for next four nights). It is really close to their 90 priority seating mark, so I was thinking they could contact BC. Does anyone have an e-mail or phone #?

Also, any comments on concierge (lounge, food offerings, view) would be really appreciated. We are staying Poly concierge and I've read alot about it, but haven't seen too much on BC Concierge.
