I have tried to figure this out to no avail. I have googled it and cannot figure it out. I am not technologically savvy.
We have cut the cord so to speak and are streaming tv. Smart tv in family room so no issue there. Bought a Roku device for older tv in our bedroom. Got it going no problem.
But the non-smart tv upstairs has a Wii U connected and I just cannot figure out how I am supposed to connect the Roku device.
Any advice???? Help!!!!!

How does the wii U connect? It’s been a few years since I worked for Nintendo and I left just as Wii U was being introduced. Does it have an HDMI cable or does it have the red, yellow/green, white cable?

How does the Roku connect to the other tv?

Bianca has it correct. An HDMI switch. I have one I use for a 14 year old Sony HDTV with only 1 HDMI input. It handles a DVR, DVD player, and a Roku.

Yeah, Roku only works on HDMI. The WiiU can use HDMI or Component cables. Also, depending on the TV you may have resolution incompatibility. My old TV was only 1080i and a device like a Roku (or Nintendo Switch) will not show any Interlaced resolutions. It was 480p or 1080p only, so just watch out for that (it's a rare problem in relatively newer TVs but if it's older, maybe).
