How to check in for Magic Express with no Magic Band or bar code information?

I am sharing a room with my sister. I live in Canada and she is in the US.

I am doing all the reservations and using my Canadian address so Magic Bands will be held at the resort and package information that includes the Magic Express information will be send to me. If I use her US address to get the Magic Bands, it is expensive to send to Canada and you never know how long it takes to delivery.

Do you still get luggage tags with package information?

My flight arrives first and her flight is about 5 hours later. I can use the bar code from the Magic Express package information. She will not have Magic Band or Magic Express bar code.

What does she do? Is there a information desk at the Magic Express, where she can tell them her reservation number to get on the bus?

She can stop by the ME Desk at the airport. As long as her name is on a reservation she will be good to go.

When I traveled with a friend last year, she came in the day after me. The Magical Express mailing had separate "tickets" for each of us, plus the luggage tags. I mailed her ticket and luggage tag and she used it with no problems. I had her magic band and gave it to her at the hotel.

You can scan and email her the paper with the bar code so she can print it and bring that. You can also have her check in at the DME desk and they will print the voucher for her at that point. As long as she is listed on the room reservation and you have her listed on your DME reservation she will be fine

Call and give them your sisters flight info. A PP mentioned getting separate "tickets" for each of them. Even though it's the same day they may do this for you with such a big time difference in flights. But as others have said just stop at the desk and it won't be an issue. Basically you are entitled to a round trip from the airport on DME during your stay.
