how to carry passes and itineraries in the parks(for 9 people)

I have tried to ask this on a few boards already:

Does anyone have any clever ideas how to keep track of 9 annual passes, 9 fastpasses, connections vouchers, and itineraries at the parks. Since I'm the ring leader, I get to hold everything. If you can help me figure something out I'd be grateful.

PS I will need to access the passes rather quickly so I can keep us moving

Nothing special....but I keep everything in a ziplock in my fannypack so it doesn't get wet. I also laminate my itineray, so that I can still read it and all of the PS numbers by the end of the trip.
