How To Canceled A Dinning Reservation????

Hey so I made a dinning reservation for Oga's at 9:25 am and I could only get it that time and I put 1 person. That was my brother because he always wanted to go there. in the past and couldn't get it. So when I got up at 6 to get a Oga's reservation I can only put 1 person because that was all available at that time. Until one day I looked at the reservations for 3 people and Oga's came up for 3 people. how do you cancel the 9:25 without calling and without getting charge? Whenever I called it said 90 minutes on hold. No one picks up and I eventually called a different department they said ''Oh we will contact guest services give us 15 minutes like 30 mins later no one still. All I want is to cancel that oga at that morning. it said only that person I put can cancel the reservation but he doesn't have his own acount.

So, you are trying to make the reservation for 3 and cancel the reservation for one? Have you tried modifying the reservation for one guest to include 3 guests?

No for the 1st one

If you booked the reservation under your MDE then you should be able to just hit the cancel this reservation button beside the restaurant name.

I have booked ADRS many times young adult dd's via my account as we all share and was able to manage them even though I wasn't listed so I guess I am not sure why you can't cancel online?

Go to my plans section of MDE, click on your ADR and there should be a cancel button
