How to cancel Gottaplay ?

Hi! I'm just getting started with SR and decided to try the Gottaplay trial. I've gotten the credit for it on SR and now would like to cancel it but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do it. Does anyone remember how it worked for them? When I login to my account on Gottaplay I see a link to cancel my membership. I follow the link to a page where it lists reasons to remain a member (of course) but then there's a checkbox that you can click to indicate that you'd still like to cancel. I check the box but then nothing happens and there is no "submit" or "continue" button or anything else like that? Does anyone remember what it looked like or how it worked for them? Thanks!

After you check the box it takes a few minutes for the link to come up that says continue cancellation once that comes up you just click on that to continue
