How to book plaza gardens tea if not staying in a disney hotel

We would like to book a tea in the plaza gardens but we are not staying in a disney hotel(staying at dream castle hotel) , we are a group of 12 we booked our park tickets through disney groups but i see nothing about the plaza garden tea in their brochure , can we book it when we get there , or should we try and book now we will be there next friday and want to book for the saturday .
