How to book Ogas?

I'm coming up on my 60 days out and can't find anything in the app about how to book dining - and when I try to book Oga's Cantina online, it doesn't look like the website is using 60 days+ my on site hotel reservation to expand the time window.

Can anyone help me figure out where to go in the My Disney Experience app or online for booking this?
