Hi,

I'm trying to get prices for WDW for 2014. Looking to book it soon enough too. How do I go about it? The WDW website doesn't seem to allow a 2014 selection?

How does everyone else book so far in advance??

I'm not sure you can book this early! What month is it you're planning to go?

Virgin will probably release their 2014 online booking service in about six months time.

Too early yet.
I havn't booked this Oct, Easter 2013 or Aug 2013 yet.
For Aug 2014 I will start planning Sept 2013.

Ah I was lookin for june 2014. But the Disney website won't even let me check for June 2013. It's so frustrating.

You must be looking at flight inclusive? you can't book a flight until 11th month out, thats why I said I will start looking Sept 2013 for Aug 2014. Only way you can do it earlier than 11 months is with a charter package or book your hotel/tix/DDP seperate and wait for you flight, although I still prefer to book my flight first then hotel after.

we too are booking for 2014 not sure what month swaying towards May weve always gone september so will be nice to see WDW in a different season.

Hopefully we can book soon

We're also looking to book for end of September 2014 going into October.

Disney Princesses what are the crowds and weather like in September as we've always gone in January?

Crowds are very low and manageable in September the only time I queued for a long time was too meet Rapunzel will DD but she was worth it :wizard::wizard: Even Harry Potter had a low queue time

Since commenting above I have changed my mind about going May/June due to the terrible weather people have been experiencing over there recently. I couldnt forgive myself if I changed our usual dates and it rained all the time. can you imagine what DH (who loves Florida in September) would have to say:mad: :rotfl::rotfl::rolleyes1:rolleyes1

cheap dates based on 2013 prices have been 2nd week i September for 2 weeks thats winning for us so far

Hi tinks_1989,
My experience of Jan/Feb in Florida weather wise is that it was really cool, think jeans and a t-shirt with a jumper and light jacket needed in the evenings. It was a few years ago though and the locals all said that it was the coldest winter they could remember so I don't know if it is usually that bad.

Crowds were great though, as soon as the holiday season was over the parks really emptied and the crowds were very light :thumbsup2

We are hoping to go these dates too. We have always done these dates before and found the crowds to generally be a good level. Busy, but not too busy. Remember though that the Food and wine festival starts at the begninng of Oct, so Epcot does get very busy at that time (but we still find it managable)

The weather is good for us too. It is definitley warm/hot during the day, and warm enough in the evening to go out without a cardigan etc (there may have been the odd night when i have needed one, but then i'm pretty soft :rotfl:)

There can be storms etc, but we normally find that if it rains, you can see the clouds coming in so gives you enough time to get into shelter, and after 20 mins or so they seem to pass. As the weather is so nice and warm, everything dries out pretty quickly like it never happened.

I want to hopefully save enough to go in 2014. Only time I can go would be summer holidays as that's the only school holiday that's long enough to allow 2-3 week away

A great travel agency called Pillinger Travel is taking bookings up until Summer 2014. I have my DB's 30th birthday West Coast trip booked with them and they have been nothing but fantastic. They are ABTA and ATOL protected. They actually specialise in Florida holidays, I really can't recommend them enough.

2014 is getting closer :rotfl:

LOL, we have booked so far in advance because of things like that, it's my DB's 30th birthday trip and our 10 year anniversary as well so we are going to the Maldives for that :)

We are going Jan. 31-Feb. 9th. I cannot wait. I already have table made made with each day planed and ADR needed for breakfast and dinner. Why is time going so slowly?
