how to book finnegans in US

Can anyone advise how I would go about booking a PS at Finnengans restaurant in US please?

When are you going? You most likely won't need a reservation. You can book a reservation when you enter the main gate at Universal. They have a booth set up for reservations there. I've never made reservations and never had trouble getting in.

we were thinking of St Patricks day.

Hopefully we should be ok if we book at main gate as you say,

I don't think you will have any problems since this year St.Patrick's Day falls on a Thursday. If it were a Saturday during Mardi Gras, you might have a problem.
