How to book Fantasmic Dessert Package

We are staying at the DLH from Sept 11 to 15th and wanting to book the Fantasmic Dessert package on Sat. September 13th. I was told that I can't book until 30 days out.

What time do I need to be on the phone that morning?

Also, I heard that if you are staying onsite you can use Vacation planning to make the reservation. How do I go about this? Do I need to have booked a package for this to be an option?

If your reservation is in place, at the DLH, you can simply call or email Vacation Planning, and they will do it for you: vacationplanning@disneyonline.com, or (713)300-7526. If you make the reservation yourself, call as soon as the phone lines open for the day(sorry, not sure when that is)!

For September 13, you will call on August 13. I believe it is 8:00 a.m. pacific time.

If it is important to you and you can call at that time, I would do it myself instead of trusting vacation planning to do it. I did the E-mail reservations once, and they completely missed one of the ones I requested (the WOC dining package). I had to go back and call and do it myself.

Thank you both! I left a message with vacation planning but will call on Wed at 8 am if I don't hear back.

Also note that if you call on your own the "30 days" really means "one month".
