How to book DCL transportation through Hyatt MCO

Do we book the DCL Transportation through the hotel or through DCL? And is it better or more convenient to take the Hyatt DCL transportation or just go down to the airport buses? Is there a benefit of one over the other? Thanks!

Depends on what you want. It’s all booked through DCL. The Hyatt allows for luggage assistance, taking your luggage from your room to the ship, as well as priority PATs and boarding groups. The regular airport transport allows you to leisurely make your way to the transport when you like, with your luggage (they will take it from you to transport to the ship). You will still need to choose a PAT and will be assigned a boarding group.

We like the airport way. We time it so by the time we get to port we usually walk on, go to sit down lunch and then rooms are ready. But we are not the type of people that have to be 1st on the ship.
