how to become a VIP tour guide

first you have to work there, second you have to be really cool and like people, then you have to apply audition for the regular tours... then the best of those sometimes get to be VIP tour people.

it is a position that you get via promote from with in.

1) All guides must audition.
2) There is an approx 20-minute script to learn.
3) I would like to try out.
4) But, old age stops short term memory, in fact, {oops, what was I saying?} . . .

Get a statused full time or part time role in Guest Relations at WDW (more difficult than you think). Be there for 6 months full time or 12 months part time. Than you are eligible to audition and be trained in the backstage programs (if you are at the appropriate park) or to be a VIP tour guide. That is if you are any good.

+1

You're looking at at least a year or two in Guest Relations alone. That's not even factoring in how much time it takes and how competitive it is to get into Guest Relations to begin with.
