how to become a disney travel agent??

Like many of you, I LOVE disney. and love planning my trips and trips for friends and family.
Anyone know of a way to get started as a travel agent? I think that is my calling =)

You need to take travel agent courses at the college or something like that......

My cousin was a travel agent for a while. She enjoyed it but said there wasn't alot of money in it and when the economy is bad things are really lean.
But as a side job and not a primary income job it would be fun!

I am wondering the same thing. I am a newly self-proclaimed Disneyholic and LOVE planning Disney vacations for my family, extended family, and friends. I am not neccessarily in it for extra income, but for the fun (and to get the tax breaks when I travel.)

I have thought of this in the past. I asked the disney agent at my aaa and she said that there aren't many jobs in it anymore because people just aren't using travel agents as much these days because everything can be done online. My friend just last night told me I should work for disney because I helped her save a ton on her 2 week honeymoon coming up in July lol
