I've been pretty good this week and exercising more, as I realized that my .6 pound loss last week won't have me where I want on the cruise. I need to lose at least 20 more pounds by July 2. So I've done 2 miles 3 times this week at 3.5 MPH. It's hard to fit in more as if I'm not driving the kids hither and yon, I have to worry about them killing each other while I'm in the basement. It's also more fun to watch shows while walking (like American Idol Tuesday).
Anyhow, "that time" is coming in a few days and I seem to be stuck--don't think it's a plateau, just bloat. Should I take Aqua ban and hope for the best, or try to punch up the workouts, or cut my points or my water?

Maybe other WISHers will be able to help with a remedy but it's been my experience the best thing to do is cut back on your salt and stick to your plan. The only thing that works for me, unfortunately, is time. Then the Whoosh Fairy comes
(My personal favorite fairy) and you will see the fruits of all your hard work for the past couple of weeks.
