And by attack I mean maximize our fun time! We want to see mostly everything, but we most definitely more than anything else want to see Fantasyland. We also want to eat at the new Beauty and the Beast castle too?

Any advice?

If you're traveling with little ones you would definitely want to attack attractions in Fantasyland and New Fantastyland first using FP's where you can to help maximize your time. FP's for attractions like Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh fly sometimes even getting one in the early part of the morning will get you a ride time of early-mid afternoon.

Try to do lunch at Be Our Guest before the lunch rush or just after if you can wait that long to eat.

Best way to maximize your fun is to not stress. Go with a plan in mind, but be flexible if things aren't going the way you thought they would in terms of wait times, FP's etc.

Make a list of "must dos", and figure out the best way to do them. Here's a sample of what I did.

1. Made reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table as soon as I was able to.

then...once at the park...

2. Got to MK early at rope drop and walked very quickly to Enchanted Tales with Belle.

3. Rode Dumbo while my husband got Fast Passes for Peter Pan.

4. Since the line was short at Winnie the Pooh, we rode it.

5. Rode Buzz Lightyear

5. Saw Philharmagic, rode the Carousel, got an ice cream snack.

6. Rode Peter Pan and got a fast pass for Under the Sea.

7. Had lunch.

8. Got pictures in front of the castle.

9. Rode Under the Sea

We did everything on my must do list, and left the park at 1:00 for the toddler to nap and the older kids to swim.

Went back at night for dinner at Tony's, the electrical parade, and Wishes.

Swords and magic wands seems theme-appropriate. You'll need about 50,000 soldiers/fairies/magicians to wield them.

If you want to eat at Be Our Guest then make a reservation TODAY. It fills up, and has a long wait, so you'll use up your time in line.

Agree that you walk to the back of Fantasyland and come forward. Do Belle first, early opening, or at evening closing. Then Dumbo, Mermaid, or Barnstormer. Work forward to Teacups, etc. If you can skip Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan you will avoid the longest remaining lines for shorter, older rides.

We sort of dumb lucked ourselves into a great morning in Fantasyland last week. We had an 8:25 ADR for Crystal Palace on a day when the park opened at 9am. We showed up shortly after 8 and were let into the park right away; since it wasn't a busy day and we were early, we were seated early. Had breakfast and met all the characters just before 9am. We walked over to the entry to Fantasyland, waited a couple of minutes for rope drop and spent the next hour basically walking onto all the rides. My plan had been to grab fastpasses for one of the rides and then hope for the best, but when we saw the short wait times, we just went with it!

Now, as a disclaimer, my DS (6) had no interest in either Belle or the Little Mermaid, so we did not have to work those into the schedule, so that may throw a wrench in the works, as I've heard you probably want to head to the storytime with Belle thing pretty much right away if you don't want to encounter a very long wait.

Josh's plan (easyWDW) is a good one. Absolutely do ETwB first thing if you're interested in that. PP mentioned getting a reservation at BOG - that's only necessary if you're going for dinner. Lunch is CS with no ressies, but lines have been long. I would suggest walking up to the castle around 10:45 and eating when they open...it will probably be 11:15 by the time you get your food, and if you get there at RD you'll be hungry by then anyway. Have a fantastic time! :goodvibes

Depending when you are traveling, you may need to just do lunch at Be Our Guest, as the dinner ADR's have pretty much completely filled up! Haha! Here's my suggestions:

Leave hotel no later than 7:45
-Arrive at MK no later than 8:45
-Watch the rope drop show
-Head into the park, and straight through the castle to the New Fantasyland
-Do Enchanted Tales with Belle
-Back to Old Fantasyland
-Get Peter Pan's Flight fast pass
-Ride Winnie the Pooh
-Dumbo
-Barnstormer
-Use PPF fast pass
-Small World/Phillharmagic
-New Fantasyland: Ariel ride
-Do the FLE Meet & greets if wanted

That's a pretty decent Fantasyland plan.Personally, I'd head into Frontierland after I'm done that, and try to hit up anything over there you wanted, and don't forget to make time for characters!

Mainly, don't stress, go with the flow, especially with kids, it's easy to get distracted and they may see something they want to do, just go with it! I'll usually lay out a plan like the above, and then end up going: "Fairy Godmother!? Let's meet and greet!!"

Definitely hit up Enchanted Tales FIRST, and don't be fooled, the LM ride will not be longer than 20 minutes during the day/evening, you don't need to do it right away!

Have a magical trip! :pixiedust:

ETA: IF you do lunch at BOG I suggest lining up NO LATER than 11:00 am, I got in line at 10:15 (restaurant opens at 11)and the line just keeps getting longer as the day goes on. I was there Thanksgiving weekend, but still, line up early for lunch there!

I've used the Touring Plans (touringplans.com) systems several times and things have worked wonderfully. If you subscribe you can edit out the bits you may not want to see, double up on the ones you want to do a second time...then they crunch the data and reorder everything to accommodate those changes.

It may seem odd to have ride by ride directions but if you're really wanting to do it all with minimal wait, then I say give it a go.

When we went to the Animal Kingdom last, we deviated right off the bat because there was practically no wait for Expedition Everest. Rode it three times in a row, then picked back up where we left off.
