How to and how long? - 2 trips within WDW

Please help me find the quickest way to make these trips and let me know how long you think they'll take:

1) All-Star Music to BWV (I think taking the bus to MGM and walking might be the fastest??)

2) MK to MGM (Monorail to TTA and then a bus??)

2) Isn't there a bus from MK to MGM?
