How to address package sent to BWV

We need to send a box of DH's medical stuff to BWV (easier than packing it). It is my understanding that it will be going to the Convention Center rather than BWV. So do I address the package to BWV with our arrival date on the outside or do I address it to the Convention Center or what? I understand that there will be a charge. Where exactly do I retrieve the package? If the package arrives a few days before we arrive will that be a problem (don't want to take a chance on it arriving a day late)?

Address it yourself at the BWV. You will pick it up at Business Services at the convention center. There have been reports of Bell Services picking up deliveries for Guests so you might want to try them first.
