how to add my flight to my res..?

( sorry if this is the wrong board theres just toooo many to pick from to know if im in the right one or not )

i have since booked by flights to Disney and need to now add them to my reservation so the wonderful Magic Express can pick us up on time.. yet i cant seem to find out how to do that... any help ??
