My friend was very shocked when I explained to her that FP was free. She and her husband took their newly adopted son to WDW this summer and thinking of going again this next summer. I agreed to help her with some of the details, planning of the next trip. She didn't know about FD or that FP were free. She was assuming it was like Six Flags where you have to pay for the service so they never even went to the FP machines. She also didn't know that she could make payments to WDW for a package and thought it had to be paid all at one time.
