How the heck did they get upgraded?

We were upgraded on our last trip from standard to Courtyard at WL. It was our first upgrade. If it makes you feel any better, I think we were downgraded on our honeymoon. We were on the grand plan and had conceirge access but stayed in a wing room at the CR.

I have tried to post my trip report numerous times, but no luck. We stayed at POR from 10/20 until 10/23. We paid for standard view and we ended up getting rooms overlooking the Sassagoula River. The location was awesome because it was a five minute walk to the main building and not far from two bus stops! It was the perfect location! Also, we got towel animals!
