How the heck am I going to get my kid to go to "vibe"

Nice thing is he's 17 and doesn't really have to go to the club. He could just be in the public spaces of the ship and might just meet people anyway.

But if you do want him to go, make a deal to go to the first night, and see how it goes from there. If he doesn't go to the first night then he's set himself up for lowered success.

He will never just walk into the club, heyyy here I am! Lol
My 11 and 13 year old will have each other to go to the edge with.
But I really want him to give it a shot and meet some new people

My daughter is about the same edge and very similar. Super shy with strangers and unwilling to try new things. I'm hopeful that she'll head to the club when we sail in August, but just like you, I won't push too hard. It's finding the line between "encouraging" and "pushing" that is always the toughest, right?! No matter what our kids decide to do, they'll have a great time. I wish us both luck!
