How Stress Free Does Disney Make This???

So, with the photo guys they are great...how about if you order flowers from someone else....do they make the phone calls and say "um dude...wheres the flowers" should they not get there in a timely fashion or do they see it as "you went else where we are not responsible"

I don't know first-hand, but I would imagine if you use a non-Disney vendor for flowers, it's your job to make sure everything goes smoothly, just like when you use vendors for other services, such as pics, video, reception place cards, etc.
