how soon can you usually book a trip? Is it a year or less? thanks

What does booked mean exactly. I know what I think it means, but was wondering if it was the same thing.

I called the Disney number and made reservations for a package including room, tickets and dining plan.

How do you know what the rate will be next year already?? Do they just put a hold on the room for you with a deposit and then you find out how much it costs when they announce next years rates?

I waited until after the rates came out in August. But you can book now and find out then if you want.
