How Soon To Purchase Tickets?

We have the Disney Visa and are a couple hundred short of the cost of tickets. We're going to be arriving on Nov. 12. How close can I play it with purchasing tickets in order to receive our magic bands? A month maybe? I feel like I should know this, but for some reason I just can't recall. TIA!

Buying tickets has nothing to do with getting Magic Bands - you get Magic Bands simply for staying on property. However, since your 60 mark for making FP+ reservations is Sept 13, I would definitely get them before then.

as PP said tickets have nothing to do with magic bands.
if you are staying onsite you get magic bands.
if you're staying offsite you'd have to purchase magic bands if you want them.
if staying onsite you can make FP+ reservations up to 60 days out.
if staying offsite you can make FP+ reservations up to 30 days out and one day at a time.

so i would be sure to purchase you tickets prior to your FP+ window opening.

yes but as i said you'll want to buy them before your FP+ window opens.
it opens 60 days prior which as PP said would be september 13th so purchase before then.
