How soon should I hear from YC Conc prior to arrival?

I saw a thread earlier this week (can't find it - so am starting a new one - sorry!) talking about people going the 1st week of December receiving letters and elevator keys from YC Conc. We have reservations for Dec 6-13 and have not heard ANYTHING from them. Should I be concerned? If I should call - what number do I call?

4 princess morganne; We are arriving Nov,29th. I received my elevator key 9-19 and also received an e-mail and phone call from Amy 9-24. I just booked YC conceirge on 8-31. You will arrive one week after I do, It seems you should have received your key card today or maybe tommorow. You will receive a form to fill out for ps's or anything else they can do for you. I sent mine last Saturday and heard from Amy on Wednesday. Susan
