How soon for DME packet?

We're leaving for the World in eighteen days and haven't got our DME packet yet. The WDW website shows our flight info correctly under "our reservations" so I know that we're in the system. Should I be concerned? Thanks.

I leave on March 14 and got my packet yesterday for DME, thats 10 days in advance

I have had my packets usually arrive about 3 weeks in advance, sometimes two.
Once when we needed additional luggage tags, I was told by MS that I must wait for the first set to arrive and then call and request that additional tags be sent. Later, when talking to MS again, I was informed that some one had incorrectly told me that info and that I could indeed request two sets when originally setting up ME.

Just an update - I called WDW today because that DME packet still hasn't arrived. The agent that I spoke to said that packets are mailed out 21 days in advance and we were in the "system". When I still was not completely satisfied, he connected me (reluctantly) with a DME agent. Lo and behold, Magical Express had no information on our trip at all!

But a very helpful Etta took the info and promised to get a packet in this evening's mail. She also told me, upon finding out that I entered our flight data on the WDW website, that this had been happening somewhat often lately when folks used the website to sign up for DME and that she would let appropriate people know that it has happened once again. So glad that I called.

Mine came about a month ahead for the upcoming trip. Lately, it has been all over the board on time, even though the CM are consistent with about 2 weeks ahead. They know no one will complain if they come earlier than that.
