Yes, I was pushing 3. A moot point now anyway. Got the mailer today, had an EXCELLENT experience with a difficult situation (involved 2 CM's, over an hour on the phone, nights cancelled, rooms held, points moved around...you name it the CM's made it happen.)

Double check your point accounting and reservations every time you book or make a change. Things may seem correct but unless you check, you won't know for sure.

Thanks, Bill. I was on the laptop checking while he was working! Basically I wanted to move one night from OKW to VGF at the beginning of my trip next month. Issue was that I borrowed the points from my account so they would not be able to be transferred to a joint account I now have with my mother. The UY year on both accounts is Aug so the trip is outside of the 2014 UY so there was an issue transferring from "our" account. They ended up canceling the one night, holding the VGF then booking that night with "our" points. This SHOULD have left my OKW canceled points in holding, but they banked them back to my 2014 UY since it wasn't truly a "holding" situation because I was changing and not just canceling. Everything looked fine before I got off the phone and I have checked both accounts since and all is well! Thanks for the heads up on checking...I was right on the situation because I know mistakes happen and then trying to backtrack can be a nightmare.
