How should I book our hotel room?

Hey everyone! I have a question about booking my DF's and my hotel room for the wedding. Do we go through our website like everyone else? Do we call the hotel instead? When we did our room block form we put 2 nights down for us.

Also, how does this work if we get a free night? I'm so confused.

When you filled out your room block form, there should have been a line where you wrote in the day/place for your free night. Otherwise, just tell your sales consultant what you want (they will automatically book your wedding night if they don't hear otherwise).

If you want to take advantage of your room block discount, call the number to book just like your guests would. If you want to use an AP discount (not out yet, probably) or any other promotion, like free dining or a PIN, call the main Disney reservations hotline to book and then give your reservation number to your sales consultant to add to your room guarantee.
