how should i book my trip this time?

quick question on travel agent etiquette...

Im in the *early* stages of planning another trip in 0ct/Nov 2009.

When it's time to start planning...(in like a year I'm assuming ) should I contact the last travel agent we used through her email, or should I just contact the company again as if I'm a new customer?

What do you do?

If you were happy with the service you received last time, I would contact the same agent.

You know what they say about "a bird in the hand..." Plus, as a repeat customer, she may work that much harder for you.

I was thinking the same thing...

I just had to check and make sure it was ok to do so.
