I'm planning on taking the girls to the My Disney Girl Princess tea Party. While we are there, I want my DH to do something fun and special with my boy who will be almost four. Is it safe for him to go for a ride with my DH in a water mouse? I'm picturing a life jacket and seatbelt....safe enough?
I haven't been on a water mouse since I was 10, and my brother was the driver at 12. We had a blast! But, I don't have a clear enough recollection to determine if it would be safe for a pre-schooler and his dad. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

He LOVED it. He was a bit disappointed in not being able to drive himself and made us promise that we would come back and get "this same little boat" when he was old enough to drive it.
No seatbelts but you do wear a life vest. The sides were plenty deep enough to keep DS in. The driver's vest is attached to a cord that holds a pin thingy in the motor. If you pull that cord, or if the driver stands up or falls out, the engine automatically stops.
